FXCA Markets Review

Reporting fraud by KCEX crypto trading platform. I opened account with the platform, went through verification, deposited funds and opened a trade on futures account. Right away the platform froze my account without explanation, allowing only to close trades. It requested more verification information. Everything was promptly submitted and accepted by the KCEX. Account remained blocked for withdrawals and trading. I couldn’t support my trade while the account was blocked and risked to turn huge loss. Lustily my trade turned over 25% profit and I closed the trade. Shortly my balance decreased by the entire amount of my profit plus extra 100$ (I’m assuming fees for the trade). I contacted the support. They said that due to unspecified issues, my profit was “cancelled”(??). At that point I was able tho withdraw the remaining balance, they immediately suspended my account. I can provide all screenshots and records. In summary, the platform took my realised profit for no reason and left me no option to appeal. If someone told me it’s possible, I wouldn’t believe. Fraud!
